Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus processing fee. Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. We are not responsible for costs incurred due to trip cancellation, interruption, or delay.

Limitation of Liability

Highway Haven Experiences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
